International students holding an X1 visa to enter China are required to apply for a residence permit within 30 days from the date of entry at Jiangmen Exit-Entry Administration Bureau.

Foreigner Visa Application Form. This form can be obtained from the Jiangmen Exit-Entry Administration Bureau or the school office. It should be filled out completely and accurately.
2.广东省外国人签证数字相片收罗回执（如下图）、照片2张� ！�。
Receipt of China Visa Photograph for Foreigners in Guangdong Province (see below for an example) and 2 photos.
3.护照原件， ，，护照首页、签证页、入境盖戳页的复印件� ！�。

Admission Letter issued by Wuyi University.

JW201/JW202 Form: The original form provided by the Chinese government to confirm the student's enrollment status.
6.康健证实 ：：：需提交外地收支境磨练检疫部分或县级以上卫生医疗部分出具的康健证实， ，，证实未患有严重精神障碍、熏染性肺结核或其他可能对公共卫生造成重大� ：：：Φ难静�� ！�。
Health Examination Certificate: A physical examination report from a designated local hospital or a health check-up certificate issued by a Chinese health quarantine department. The report should indicate that the student is free from severe mental disorders, infectious tuberculosis, or other infectious diseases that could pose a significant health risk.
7.《境外职员暂时住宿挂号表》（如下图）， ，，携带护照前往辖区派出所办理� ！�。
Registration Form Temporary Residence for Visitors (see below for an example). It can be obtained from the police station of the place of your residence, presenting your passport.
