外事处向上级机关申报获批审查及格，外事处向申请人寄发《中华人民共和国壹号娱乐APP·外国留学生录取通知书》和留学生JW202表
三、、、办理来华签证
申请人凭《录取通知书》、、、留学生JW202表到所在国的中华人民共和国使馆（或中华人民共和外洋交部驻香港特殊行政区特派员公署）办理来华入境签证手续（学生签证/X签证）
四、、、报到
申请人凭《录取通知书》、、、留学生JW202表准时来校报到，同时向外事处提交以下质料：：：
（1），护照原件和复印件；（2），按划定缴纳所需用度
五、、、办理外国人住宿挂号
留学生进入中国国境30天内，须持以下证实质推测江门市公安局农林派出所办理外国人住宿挂号：：：
（1）《中华人民共和国壹号娱乐APP·外国留学生录取通知书》；（2）学生证；（3）填妥并加盖学校公章的境外职员情形挂号表和境外职员住宿挂号信息表；（4）加盖公章的入学通知书原件；（5）加盖公章的学习单位证实；（6）学校留学生招生允许批文复印件及学校留学生招生允许批文复印件；（7）护照及原签证原件及其复印件；（8）大一寸免冠彩照两张
注：：：若是住在校外就到住所所在派出所办理，还须房东的房产证实质料及房东身份证等质料
六、、、办理居留允许证
留学生在办理好外国人住宿挂号手续和体检后，须持以下证实质推测江门市公安局收支境治理处办理居留允许签证：：：
（1）派出所出具的《境外职员住宿挂号信息表》；（2）加盖公章的入学通知书原件；（3）加盖公章的学习单位证实；（4）学校留学生招生允许批文复印件及学校留学生招生允许批文复印件；（5）护照及原签证原件及其复印件；（6）留学生JW202表；（7）体检表和康健证及复印件

2.Admission

4.Registration
